Support Worker Positions

You will play a crucial role in assisting participants with a diverse range of activities. From personal care to exercise, shopping, gardening, household management, maintenance, administration, community access, and recreation, you will be a vital part of enhancing lives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Blue and NDIS Screener Card: Preferred or willing to obtain.
– Versatility: Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with multiple participants, each with unique needs and requirements.
– Driver’s Licence and Vehicle: A minimum P1 Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
– Comprehensive Car Insurance: Must have or willing to obtain prior to first shift.
– Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must, ensuring effective communication and understanding with our participants.
– Location: We kindly request that applications be submitted only by individuals residing in the Cairns area.
– Experience: Although experience in a similar role is valued, it is not a strict requirement.
